Exceptions – Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please email us at snubhouseco@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll evaluate the situation and, if eligible, offer a replacement or suitable resolution.
